Lenka itu pemain film, penyanyi, songwrites juga. Nama lengkap Lenka itu kalo ga salah Lenka Eden Kripac, kalo gak Lenka Kripac aje-,-. Die lahir tanggal 19 Maret 1978 di New South Wales, umurnye udah 30-an! -_- Padahalkan masih imut gicu._.
Papanya itu Musisi Jazz yang berimigrasi ke Australia dari Cekoslovakia dan Ibu guru di Australia. Lenka di besarkan di ‘The Bush’(Debus dong :D). Sampai usia tujuh tahun ketika keluarganya pindah ke Sydney, di mana dia menerima pendidikan dan pelatihan musik, dan mulai bekerja sebagai seorang musisi.
Sebagai seorang remaja Lenka belajar akting di Teater Australia Untuk Young People, di mana ia dilatih dengan aktris Cate Blanchett di sekolah. Lenka membintangi serial drama TV ABC Australia GP sebagai Vesna Kapek pada 1990-an. Dia juga host Cheez TV dan bintang tamu dalam serial TV Australia lainnya termasuk sebagai Home And Away , Wild Side, Head Start, dan Spellbinder. Dia muncul dalam film Australia The Dish Lost Things dan, serta dalam produksi teater.
Sebagai Lenka Kripac, dia adalah anggota dari Australia band elektronik -rock crossover, Decoder Ring untuk dua album mereka. Dia kemudian pindah ke California pada tahun 2007.
Setelah mengadopsi nama depannya sebagai nama satu-satunya artistik ("Lenka" adalah umum Slavia nama gadis, dan yang umum kecil dari Slavia gadis nama "Elena"), Lenka merilis debut albumnya pada tanggal 24 September 2008, dengan " The Show "memilih untuk menjadi rilis single pertama dari set. Album memuncak di nomor 142 pada AS Billboard 200 .
Lenka menciptakan jenis kertas seni stop-motion video musik animasi untuk masing-masing single-nya dengan James Gulliver Hancock, seorang seniman visual dari Australia. Munculnya anak kecil untuk semua video musiknya dilakukan sengaja oleh duo. stylings vokal nya adalah penjajaran pop dan berlapis, pengaruh rumit.
Dia disediakan vokal di dua lagu ("Addicted" dan "Sunrise") pada artis Jerman Schiller album 's Atemlos , dirilis di Jerman pada tanggal 12 Maret 2010.
Lenka baru aja ngerilis album keduanya”Two”, lagunya gak kalah bagus ama album pertamanya”Lenka”.
Single-single di album keduanya kalo ga salah : Heart Skips a Beat, Sad Song, Here To Stay, Everything At Once, Everything’s Ok, Blinded by Love, Roll With The Punches, End Of The World, Two, Shock Me Into Love, itu aje kalo ga salah. Gue paling suka Roll With The Punchess :D
